Alongside my work as a senior IT professional, I’m proud of the spiritual journey I've walked over the past 10 years — a path that has led me to the profound gift of discovering my healing abilities.

I support people’s growth and recovery by facilitating Mother Plant retreats at our retreat center, SHEKET.
Sound Healing is one of my core tools — an awakening method I deeply trust for its ability to melt hearts and soften inner blockages.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also supports my healing work and resonates with my deep intention to guide others through meaningful personal transformation.

I’m based in Haarlem, NL, where I live with my family (and our dog), enjoying nature, dance, and bodywork — all essential parts of my spiritual battery.
